Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every item is brand new, with original tags and brand labels, sourced through an established European wholesale distributor of designer fashion. Read more on our Authenticity page.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat €12 per order, and FREE on all orders over €100.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Total delivery time is usually 4–12 business days, depending on your country. If your order contains items from different European warehouses, it may arrive in separate parcels at no extra cost.
Will I pay customs duties?
Within the EU there are no customs duties. For orders to the USA, all duties are paid by BrandFit88.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with all tags attached, in their original packaging. Email us at brandfit88@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
How do I choose my size?
