Return Period
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return
Because we ship from multiple European warehouses, the correct return address depends on your specific order. To start a return, please contact us first at brandfit88@gmail.com with your order number. We will then send you the correct return address and full return instructions.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at brandfit88@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
